Bowie: New Album plans, Radio Station and Television show.

n Roll icon David Bowie is slated to host the second season of Showtime's
"The Hunger". The Series is based on the 1983 film of the same
name that Bowie stared in along with actress Susan Sarandon.
In
other news Bowie plans to have a new studio album in stores by next Spring.
Also
if you have not already heard David Bowie is program director of one of
Rolling Stone Radio's channels.

Bowie will be making his presence felt in yet another very big way on the
Internet via "Rolling Stone Radio," the first international radio network,
created by JAMtv/Rolling Stone Network and Real Networks on November 2.
"BowieNet radio" can be found on Channel 13 on this new Internet service
which features 12 music channels playing everything from classical, to
jazz, to country, to alternative and beyond, broadcast 24 hours a day around
the world. On Channel 13, BOWIE will create the playlist, acting as program
director. "As DJ for the BowieNet radio station on Rolling Stone Radio,
my first playlist will include favorite songs from the last five decades,"
says BOWIE. "I'm hoping music fans all over the
world tune in and join me."
