News update: Perry Farrell caught on Porno for cyber-space. 

Perry Farrell know for his work with Jane's Addition and  Porno for Pyros, has requested and gained a temporary restraining order to keep a web site from airing a home video of him and his girlfriend having sex. 

The stolen video tape was planned to be shown on the web  site  Spy7.com.  Farrell  sought and was granted  a temporary restraining order on May 14 in Los Angeles Federal Court  

The restraining order forbids Spy7.com or anyone affiliated with the site from airing, selling, or distributing the X-rated material.  

According to Farrell's Lawyer Ed McPherson (who  represents Pamela Anderson Lee in  both of her sex-tape battles) Farrell is also seeking damages against the operators of Spy7.com.  

A hearing on the formal injunction is slated for May 27th.
