Lies - Hate Review

I really hate to put down any record that I don't like. I mean, who am I? Different people, different tastes, right? But having said that, I just can't help myself. Instead of saying this is bad, how about we say there's a definite lack of any good here….to my ears. The material is weak. The sound is like a garage band. The vocals are abysmal and pretty much annoying. Lies are a metal band that tries to put little bits into the songs so it's not just one big thrash-up, like the intro to "Bleed". But it's not enough to save this. But that's just my opinion….and I could be wrong.
