some music, quickly came to Milwaukee to check out the live show, and after
a speedy courtship, signed them up. Now you’re holding The Art of Disappointment.
Perhaps the title is a way of beating rock critics to the punch - more
likely it’s just indicative of the band’s outlook. It’s not that faux-depressing,
teen-suicide bulls*** you hear on the radio these days; It’s just the joy
of everyday life’s little letdowns. So it’s all about disappointment: disappointing
girls, disappointing parents, disappointing themselves, all for the sake
of not disappointing you.
